HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
I hope you all had a wonderful and safe New Years. We had little Will with us so kept things casual with a few champas with great friends, what did you all get up to?
At he end of each year I often find myself thinking about the start. The highs, lows and new years resolution fails I desperately tried to keep, (remember the no shopping for 365 days? FAIL)!
But 2012 was a year of great joy for the Hardy's. Our son Will entered his second year of life and is growing from a chubba bubba into a healthy and happy little boy (by far my greatest achievement to date). We recently took a family vacay in New York City and our business www.sculptstudios.com.au is achieving success despite the hard economic times. All in all personally we have a lot to be thankful for.
This has also been a great year for the blog. We are coming up to it's one year anniversary and incidentally this happens to also be my 100th post! What started as a little challenge to not shop for 365 days (what was I thinking)!!! Has turned into a fantastic outlet for self expression and creativity. I love the feedback I get from you guys and the recognition Ive received from companies like Jimmy Choo, Gratzia magazine, Gold Coast bulletin and most recently a style profile on the Gold Coast's premier style blog FASHION GC http://fashiongc.com.au/3-top-summer-looks-with-blogger-yvette-hardy/
